A few days ago we were on a video call with more than 2,000 people organized by Otto Scharmer and the Presencing Institute. The initiative is coincidentally called GAIA (Global Activation of Intention and Action) and one of the participants shared "Everything I have gone through in my life has prepared me for THIS moment." . 

I think it sums up very well the feeling that many of us had in that call, Everything we have done so far prepares us for this moment, this moment of great difficulty that we are experiencing in humanity. 

At Gaia we believe in human beings and especially in their capacity for collective creation. Our purpose now makes more sense than ever: "To accompany communities to develop their collective creativity and leadership".  We cannot wait for a few world leaders to solve this enormous crisis, it is necessary that each and every one of us assume our responsibility to build the world we want.  The collective is the present and the future, it is the healing of our world and of our companies, educational systems, communities. 

For 5 years we have been accompanying companies to transform their organizational culture towards a more collective and creative Leadership model, a more human and responsible culture where we all contribute our talent and resources in the service of a collective purpose. Until now we have not felt the need to communicate more broadly, our work has been with our clients. Their transformation and growth has been our way of communicating and contributing to our world. Today we have the need to share with more people, with more communities. Today we feel the need to be more connected than ever, to speak louder and clearer.
